KEYTURN SYSTEMS
Who runs this

A firm of one,
by design.

Keyturn Systems is founded and led by Anton Keyter. When you engage the firm, he's who you get — with AI engines doing the work a bench of juniors used to do, only faster and without the handoffs.

Thirty years of making things work

Anton has spent three decades being the person who owns the whole problem. He's been the software engineer writing the systems. The co-founder and technical director of a ten-person software company, carrying the payroll and the client relationships for international clients. The program and project leader running large IT delivery inside a cabinet-level government department. The practice leader at an IT consulting firm — first running its project management practice, later leading its AI adoption strategy work, building AI products and steering enterprise clients including a major property-and-casualty insurer and a national financial services group through exactly the change most businesses are staring at now.

He immigrated to America and built this firm on a conviction the market keeps proving: businesses don't need more AI advice. They need someone who has been the engineer, the founder, the payroll-carrier, and the strategist — one person who has sat in every chair at the table — to take the stuck problem and hand it back working.

Why a firm of one can run teams of many

For thirty years, the specialist beat the generalist because execution took armies. AI ended that. Execution is now fast and cheap — what's scarce is knowing what to do, in what order, and what will actually survive contact with a real business. That judgment is what you're hiring.

How he works, in one paragraph

Build with what you have. Own the whole problem. Say no to work that doesn't fit. Tell the bad news first. Document everything so nobody is ever a hostage. And don't leave until it works. If that sounds less like consulting and more like how a good operator runs a business — that's the point.

The proof isn't a bio. It's the working system this firm runs on — read the case study — and the readout you'll get if you take the assessment: written personally, within one business day.
